• All information about the project, including design and amenities, is subject to change without prior notice to comply with regulatory requirements.

2. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the specified booking amount.
• Payment schedules must be followed as outlined in the agreement for sale. Non-compliance may result in penalties or cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the agreement for sale.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and administrative fees.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession timelines are as stated in the agreement for sale and are subject to force majeure events.
• Possession will be granted only upon full payment of all dues, including taxes and maintenance deposits.

5. Maintenance and Usage

Residents must adhere to community guidelines and ensure proper use of shared facilities. Maintenance fees must be paid as per the agreement.

6. Rights and Obligations

The developer reserves the right to make changes to project plans and amenities to comply with regulations or optimize the project.

7. Legal Compliance

All transactions are governed by RERA and applicable laws. Residents must ensure compliance with local laws, including tax payments.

8. Force Majeure

The developer is not liable for delays due to unforeseen events like natural disasters or government restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue shall be Pune, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

10. Amendments

The developer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws. Changes will be communicated appropriately.
